Good to know if you live in Daventry

• Planning: Daventry is covered by West Northamptonshire Council. Most roof-mounted solar on houses is permitted development and needs no planning application, but homes in a conservation area, such as parts of Daventry town centre and several surrounding villages, or listed buildings need extra checks. We check this during your survey.
• Grid connection: Daventry is on the National Grid Electricity Distribution network. We handle the G98 or G99 notification for your system so you don't have to.
• Rural properties: Many homes around Daventry sit on larger plots with outbuildings. Where a roof isn't suitable, a barn, garage or ground-mounted array can be an option, and we'll talk through what's possible on site.

How it works

1. Free site survey. We visit your Daventry home, check the roof, shading and electrics, and talk through what you want from the system.
2. Clear quote. An itemised, no-obligation quote with expected generation and savings.
3. Installation. Fitted with our MCS-certified installation partners, typically over 1 to 3 days, depending on system size.
4. Handover. Tested, certified and registered, with the paperwork you need for the Smart Export Guarantee.
