Battery Storage

Store your solar power, use it whenever you need it

A battery lets you use the electricity your panels generate during the day after the sun's gone down — and yes, it can still be fitted even if you don't have a garage.

Why add a battery?

Without storage, any solar power you don't use straight away gets exported back to the grid, often for a lower rate than you pay to buy electricity back later. A battery captures that surplus so you can use it in the evening, overnight, or as backup — getting more value out of every panel on your roof.

Where can it go?

Home batteries are covered by PAS 63100, the current British safety standard for battery storage siting. The short version: batteries need to be kept away from bedrooms, escape routes, and lofts, and ideally sited outside the main living space altogether.

What we install

We fit battery systems sized to your household's usage and your solar array, from compact single-battery setups to larger systems for bigger homes. Every installation is sited, wired, and commissioned to current UK safety standards, with full documentation handed over at the end.
